1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
1 teaspoon active dry yeast
1 large ripe banana
1 egg

Combine all ingredients, except for the nuts, in a processor and preheat the oven to medium temperature
Grease the muffin tins with butter
Add the nuts to the mixture and divide it among the muffin cups
Bake for 30 minutes or until, when inserting a toothpick, it comes out clean
Remove from molds and serve.
