Preheat the oven to medium temperature
Put in a blender the light margarine, cocoa powder, cheese, egg, whites, and baking powder and blend well for two minutes
Transfer to a bowl and add the flour, vanilla extract, and nuts
Mix and pour into a greased and floured pan
Bake until the dough is firm
If desired, substitute the nuts with pecans or almonds.
