Mix the lime juice with the heavy cream and let it sit for 10 minutes

In a blender, combine the heavy cream with lime juice, milk, flour, yeast, salt, egg, butter, and sugar to form a smooth batter
Grease a crepe pan with a small amount of melted butter
Pour in the batter and cook until both sides are golden
Truffle Filling
In a bowl, melt the chocolates with heavy cream over low heat
Remove from heat and mix well
Add rum and crushed walnut
Fill crepes and serve with warm chocolate sauce.
