Combine dry ingredients and place them in a bowl
Add butter or margarine, pineapple juice, and chopped pineapple, and beat for about 2 minutes with an electric mixer at medium speed
Add eggs and mix well
Fold in raisins and almonds, and mix well
Pour into a greased 32.5 cm x 22.5 cm x 5 cm pan and bake in a moderate oven (170°C) for 30 to 35 minutes
Remove from the oven and let cool
Cover with mousse coverage inside the pan and cut into squares
