1/4 cup (ch) of water
1/2 cup (ch) of sugar
1 tablespoon of cinnamon
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
750 g of peeled and seeded apples

750 g of peeled and seeded apples
1 Break five biscuits from each into the blender bowl and blend until crumbly
Put in a small bowl, add butter and mix well
2 Put the remaining ingredients in the blender, alternating with 1/2 cup (ch) of apples each time
Tamp and beat until the apples are chopped
3 Turn off the blender and scrape the sides of the bowl as needed
4 Line a small form with aluminum foil
Alternate layers of biscuits and apple mixture, starting and ending with biscuits
Cover with paper, put in the freezer for 15 minutes and serve.
