1 cup milk
1 cup vegetable oil
2 eggs
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 teaspoon baking powder
Suggested topping
2 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
5 tablespoons milk

Cake:
In a blender, beat well the milk, vegetable oil and eggs
In a bowl, combine all-purpose flour, unsweetened cocoa powder and baking powder
Add the liquid from the blender and mix well
Add the baking powder
Bake in an ungreased and floured cake pan at 350°F for about 25 minutes
Suggested topping
In a saucepan, melt over low heat the butter, unsweetened cocoa powder, vegetable oil and milk
Stir until thick or slightly thicken at the bottom of the saucepan
Remove the cake from oven still warm and spread the topping.
