Strawberry Sauce:
2 tablespoons of cornstarch
3 tablespoons of strawberry sauce liquid
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
One 450g can of strawberry preserves

Mix the rice crisps, cinnamon, and melted butter
Blend in a blender the strawberries, sauce liquid, lemon juice, and cornstarch
Heat over low heat and stir until the sauce thickens
Let cool
In cups or bowls, place some strawberry sauce, rice pudding, more sauce, and finally sprinkle with the rice crisp mixture
Use about 12 tablespoons of rice crisps and 20 tablespoons of strawberry sauce.
