Beat the egg whites until fluffy, then add the cocoa powder and beat for 3 minutes
Mix together the coconut milk, heavy cream, and gelatin, dissolved according to package instructions
In a rectangular mold lined with water, pour in half of the cream mixture and refrigerate for 10 minutes
Remove from the refrigerator and distribute the fruits and remaining cream mixture
Return to the refrigerator until firm
Deseed and sprinkle with shredded coconut.
