Cut the chicken at the joints, into small pieces
In a blender, blend the pepper, tomatoes, one onion, thyme, and oregano
Season the chicken, including garlic and salt
Sear the other onion in slices and add the seasoned chicken
When almost cooked, add the flours, shrimp, and peanut oil, stirring carefully not to break apart
Serve with white rice
