2 cups of fresh breadcrumbs

2 tablespoons of all-purpose flour

Mix the breadcrumbs, half the onion, scallion, salt, black pepper, and 1/3 cup of water. Reserve
In another bowl, mix the remaining ingredients except for the flour
Unroll the ground beef onto a paper towel, obtaining a rectangle approximately 35 x 23 cm in size
Spread the reserved mixture over the ground beef
Roll it like a rocambole, carefully lifting the paper towel
Place it in a baking dish and bake at low heat (150°C) for about 45 minutes
Remove the meat from the baking dish and place it on a platter
Remove all excess fat from the baking dish, leaving only 2 tablespoons
Add the flour and mix well
Add 1 1/2 cups of water
Place the baking dish over heat and let it simmer, scraping the bottom of the dish
Cool and season to taste
Serve and enjoy 6-8 portions.
