In a pan, combine the chicken pieces, olive oil, and garlic
Cook over low heat
Cover the pan and cook until the chicken is tender
If necessary, add a little water to prevent drying out
Remove from heat and debone the chicken, removing the skin
Cut the meat into small pieces and place in a pan
Add the flour, curry powder or caril, and broth
Cook, stirring constantly, until thickened
Season with salt
Add the banana and stir to combine
