1 medium-sized scampi or cod cooked and flaked (1/2 cup)

In a bowl, combine the chopped seafood or cod, diced eggs, chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper
Add 1/2 cup of mayonnaise
Mix gently, cover, and refrigerate
A little before serving, cut the avocados in half lengthwise, remove the pits and some of the fruit's flesh
Cut the avocado flesh into small cubes and add them to the mixture
Fill the avocado halves with the mixture
Garnish with additional mayonnaise and tomato slices if desired
