3 large avocados
3 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice
1 teaspoon salt
4 tablespoons unsalted butter
6 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 pinch of cayenne pepper
1 1/2 cups milk
1/2 cup cooked and chopped sausage
1/4 cup finely chopped red bell pepper
1 cup cooked and peeled shrimp
2/3 cup grated cheddar cheese
3 large avocados

1 pinch of cayenne pepper
1 1/2 cups milk
1/2 cup cooked and chopped sausage
1/4 cup finely chopped red bell pepper
1 cup cooked and peeled shrimp
2/3 cup grated cheddar cheese
Cut the avocados in half lengthwise and remove the pit
Dress with lime juice and sprinkle with 1/2 teaspoon salt
Melt the butter, add flour, and mix well
Add the remaining salt, cayenne pepper, and milk
Cook until thickened, stirring constantly
Add the cooked sausage, red bell pepper, and shrimp
Stuff the avocado halves with the mixture and top with grated cheese
Place the stuffed avocados in a baking dish and add 1 cm of water
Bake in a moderate oven for 15 minutes
