Process the meat in a food processor or meat grinder
Add the wheat flour gradually and mix until uniform
Add lightly beaten eggs and mix well
Season with onion, nutmeg, salt, and black pepper
Transfer the mixture to a saucepan and cook over low heat, stirring constantly, for 3 minutes
Pour the batter into individual molds greased and dusted with breadcrumbs and arrange them in a baking dish
Bake in a preheated moderate oven until firm
Serve warm.
