1/2 cup (chopped) of passionfruit pulp with seeds
1/2 cup (chopped) of water
1/2 cup (chopped) of sugar
6 pineapple slices without skin
6 balls of vanilla ice cream

In a small saucepan, combine the passionfruit pulp, water, and sugar
Bring to heat
Stir until dissolved well
Cook until obtaining a slightly thick syrup, like honey
Remove from heat and reserve
Cut each pineapple slice into triangles, removing the central harder part
Cover the pieces with the passionfruit syrup and let it chill in the refrigerator
When serving, distribute the fruit on plates, accompanied by a ball of vanilla ice cream in the center.
