1/2 cup of passion fruit pulp with seeds
1/2 cup of water
1/2 cup of sugar
6 slices of passion fruit without skin
6 scoops of cream ice cream

In a small saucepan, combine the passion fruit pulp, water, and sugar
Bring to a simmer
Mix until well dissolved
Cook until you get a slightly thick consistency, similar to honey
Remove from heat and reserve
Cut each slice of passion fruit into triangles, removing the central harder part
Cover the pieces with the passion fruit sauce and refrigerate
When serving, distribute the fruit on plates with a scoop of ice cream in the center.
