Combine the water, gelatin, and coffee in a blender
Blend for 3 seconds with the lid on
Add the milk, sugar, chocolate pieces, and blend until smooth
With the motor running, add the eggs and heavy cream
Blend again until everything is well mixed
Pour into a mold and refrigerate until firm.
