1/4 cup (cup) of water
1 pot of cream cheese (150g)
1/2 cup (cup) of sugar

Step 1: Preheat the oven to 180°C
Step 2: In a bowl, combine the brownie mix, heavy cream, egg whites, and water
Mix well until a smooth batter forms
Step 3: Pour the mixture into an 18 cm x 22 cm greased baking dish. Reserve
Step 4: In a blender or food processor, blend the cream cheese, sugar, and remaining egg white until smooth
Step 5: Spoon the cream over the reserved batter and, using a fork, mix well
Bake for 30 minutes
Let it cool and cut into squares.
