4 cups corn flakes
1/3 cup softened butter or margarine

Two tablespoons boiling milk
Two chocolate bars, half-bittersweet
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon rum extract
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup heavy cream
One cup whole milk
Two tablespoons confectioner's sugar
1/2 bar half-bittersweet chocolate, grated

Grind the corn flakes into fine crumbs and mix with flour and butter or margarine
Mold this mixture evenly in a greased pan covering all sides
Chill in refrigerator
Soak gelatin in cold water
Mix 1/2 cup flour with cornstarch
Beat egg yolks and add milk
Gradually add the flour mixture to the egg yolk mixture
Bake in water bath for 20 minutes
Remove 1 1/2 cups of cream, add chocolate and vanilla extract
Pour everything into chilled pan
In remaining hot cream, whisk gelatin
Cool
Add rum
Beat egg whites with salt
Add heavy cream and beat until frothy, add 1/4 cup flour
Mix with remaining cream and pour over chocolate filling
