Grease a 35x23 cm baking dish thoroughly
A preheat the oven to moderate temperature (180°C)
Beat the butter or margarine with granulated sugar until smooth
Add vanilla extract
Add flour and mix well
Spread the dough in the prepared baking dish
Demark 15 squares on the dough without cutting it
In the center of each square, make a depression with your thumb and place 1 tablespoon of whipped cream
Bake the marked squares and serve
Yield 15 units
Store in closed containers at room temperature for up to 5 days.
