1/2 cup (ch) of oil
1/2 cup (ch) of passion fruit concentrate syrup
1/2 cup (ch) of water
1 cup (ch) of sugar
3 cups (ch) of wheat flour
1 tablespoon (ch) of baking powder

Pulp of 2 passion fruits
2 cups (ch) of sugar
1 tablespoon (sop) of butter

Custard
Pulp of 2 passion fruits
2 cups (ch) of sugar
1 tablespoon (sop) of butter
Mix the eggs, oil, passion fruit syrup, water, and sugar in a blender
Combine the flour and baking powder in a bowl and mix well
Add the blended ingredients and mix thoroughly
Pour into a medium-sized cake pan with a central hole, greased with butter and dusted with wheat flour
Bake in a preheated oven for 30 minutes
Mix the custard ingredients and cook over low heat until it thickens
Remove the cake from the mold and cover it with the custard
Make small holes with a fork to allow the custard to seep into the cake
Serve with passion fruit ice cream.
