2 1/4 cups whole wheat flour
1/4 cup skimmed milk
4 tablespoons active dry yeast
1 pinch of salt
3 teaspoons ground cinnamon
3/4 cup wheat germ
1 cup honey
1/2 cup vegetable oil
4 eggs
1 tablespoon grated orange peel
6 small or 3 large oranges, peeled and segmented, cut into thin slices

Preheat the oven to moderate temperature (1800)
Sift together the flour, milk, yeast, salt, and cinnamon
Mix in the wheat germ, honey, oil, eggs, and grated orange peel
Combine the sifted ingredients (a more liquid mass)
Place 1/3 of the mixture into a non-stick mold measuring 35.5 x 21 cm
Spread half of the oranges on top
Cover with an additional 1/3 of the mixture
Top with the remaining oranges and finally add the remaining mixture
Bake for about 40 minutes or until, inserting a toothpick, it comes out clean
If it starts to brown before baking, cover with aluminum foil
Serve warm in the same mold.
