Preheat the oven to 350°F (moderate)
Turn a 35 cm diameter non-stick skillet upside down and grease the bottom. Reserve
In a bowl, combine the first five ingredients, add the butter, and with two knives, make cutting motions to obtain a granular farofa
Add the milk, egg, egg yolk, raisins, and mix lightly only to incorporate the ingredients
This dough becomes sticky
With floured hands, shape the dough into a 23 cm diameter disk over the greased skillet bottom
Leave a border of about 1 inch (2.5 cm)
Chill in the refrigerator for 15 minutes
Brush the dough with the egg yolk mixed with water and dust with all-purpose flour
With a large knife, mark the dough as if it were going to be cut into eight slices
Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown
If desired, serve with your preferred ice cream
