Remove one side of the pineapple, cutting along its length
Remove the pulp and cut it into 1 cm cubes
Mix with strawberries and return to the pineapple shell
Reserve, covered, in the refrigerator
Prepare the cream: mix eggs with sugar and cook over low heat in a water bath
Cook, constantly stirring with a wire whisk, until thickened
Remove from heat
Add the liqueur and mix gently
Let cool and serve as an accompaniment to fruit
