Dough
1 cup of wheat flour
1 tablespoon of baking powder
5 tablespoons of sugar
10 tablespoons of cold and chopped butter
1/2 cup of milk
1 egg
3 tablespoons of confectioner's sugar
Filling
6 mangoes without skin, diced
1/2 cup of orange juice
1/2 cup of sugar
2 cinnamon sticks
1 cup of pineapple chunks
Dough

Filling
6 mangoes without skin, diced
1/2 cup of orange juice
1/2 cup of sugar
2 cinnamon sticks
1 cup of pineapple chunks
Make the filling: put the mango, orange juice, sugar, cinnamon sticks, and pineapple in a pan
Cook for 15 minutes, or until the mangoes are soft and the liquid has thickened
Remove from heat and pour into a mold. Reserve
Dough: sift the wheat flour with baking powder and sugar
Add the butter and mix with your fingers until it forms a crumbly mixture
On the side, beat the milk and egg
Gradually add the mixture to the dough crumbs and mix well
With a spoon, place the dough on top of the filling
Bake in the oven for 40 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and firm
Remove from the oven, dust with confectioner's sugar, and serve.
