1/2 cup (cherry) of passionfruit pulp with seeds
1/2 cup (cherry) of water
1/2 cup (cherry) of sugar
6 slices of mango
6 balls of vanilla ice cream

1 In a small saucepan, combine the passionfruit pulp, water, and sugar
Bring to a simmer
Stir until well dissolved
2 Cook until it reaches a slightly thick consistency, like honey (when you lift the spoon, the syrup will flow like a thin thread)
Remove from heat and reserve
3 Cut each slice of mango into triangles, removing the harder center part
Cover the pieces with the passionfruit syrup and refrigerate
Cover the pieces with the passionfruit syrup and refrigerate until serving time
When serving, distribute on plates with a ball of vanilla ice cream in the center.
