3 medium coconuts

Grease a 1 1/4 liter oven-safe form well
Wash, peel the coconuts, cut them in half and remove the seeds
Then, cut them into slices
Place layers alternating pineapple and coconut chunks in the form
Mix together in a bowl flour, coconut, and cinnamon
Cut butter or margarine into small pieces, adding dry ingredients, and mix until you get a crumbly mixture
Dust over the pineapple and coconut mixture
Bake in a moderate temperature oven (170°C) for 30 minutes
Serve with whipped cream, if desired
Can be served 6 times.
