Milk White Sauce:
60g of butter or margarine
1/4 cup of all-purpose flour
Salt and pepper to taste
2 cups of milk
American Sauce:
shrimp heads
fish carcass
olive oil
1 chopped onion
2 cloves of garlic
2 tablespoons of tomato paste
1/4 cup of ketchup
2 tablespoons of whiskey
1/2 cup of white wine
pepper to taste
a few drops of lemon juice
1 tablespoon of all-purpose flour dissolved in water to thicken
Shrimp Filling:
1/2 kg of shrimp
lemon juice
salt to taste

1 minced garlic clove
1/2 cup of chopped green onion
1 cup of mushrooms
2 tablespoons of chopped fresh parsley
1 cup of scallions
1 avocado

Milk White Sauce:
Dissolve the butter or margarine
Add all-purpose flour and mix well
Gradually add milk, whisking continuously until thickened
American Sauce:
Fry shrimp heads and fish carcass in olive oil until browned with onion and garlic
Cook until pink, then drain
Add tomato paste, ketchup, whiskey, white wine, pepper, and lemon juice
Thicken with flour
Season shrimp filling with lemon juice and salt
Fry in olive oil
Add garlic, green onion, mushrooms, parsley, scallions, American Sauce, and cream of milk
Cut avocado lengthwise
Remove pulp, leaving the hard center for separation
Remove shrimp from sauce with a skimmer and place on one side of avocado
In the remaining sauce in the pan, cook rice until done
Mix well and place on other side of avocado
Around place mashed potato and cover with Milk White Sauce
Finally sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and bake in oven to brown.
