1 Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C)
Cut off the ends of the zucchinis
Remove some of the pulp from the hollowed-out part and cook them for three minutes in boiling water with salt
Drain
2 In a bowl, mix well the finely chopped zucchini, tuna, and mayonnaise
Stuff the zucchinis and cover with mozzarella cheese
3 Place in a baking dish lightly greased with oil
4 Bake until the cheese melts
Sprinkle with salsa and serve immediately with white rice.
