3 small Prince melons (around 1/2 kg each)
1 small avocado (around 300g)
1 small jar of creamy ricotta cheese (250g)
300g of cooked and cleaned small shrimp (without shell)
Salt and black pepper to taste
A few drops of English Worcestershire sauce
A few drops of hot sauce

Cut the melons in half
Remove all the seeds
Mash the avocado pulp with ricotta cheese
Season to taste with salt, black pepper, Worcestershire sauce, and hot sauce
Place a bit on each melon half and cover with shrimp
Serve 6 portions.
