4 medium zucchinis
4 cloves of garlic, minced
1 teaspoon of paprika, well chopped

Cut the zucchini into 4mm thick slices
Heat a grill over medium heat
Brush the zucchini slices with olive oil and grill for about 1 minute per side, or until slightly tender
Set aside

In a small saucepan, heat the olive oil over medium heat
Add the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute
Add the white wine vinegar and remove from heat
Let it cool, then season with salt, pepper, and paprika

In a shallow dish, create layers of zucchini and tempering mixture
Repeat the process until all ingredients are used up
Cover and refrigerate for at least 3 days
Serve with bread or crackers.
