Soak the gelatin in 1/2 cup of cold chicken broth
Add to the remaining broth
Heat and stir until the gelatin has dissolved
Let it cool down
When it starts to thicken, add the remaining ingredients
Pour into 6 individual molds, refrigerate until firm
Children can eat 2 or 3 of these molds due to low calorie content
A perfect dinner or lunch for a hot day.
