1 whole turkey of about 5 kg, cleaned

2 sprigs of fresh rosemary, chopped

Step 1:
Melt the butter
Combine half of it with the herbs and pink peppercorns in a bowl
Stuff this mixture into the turkey
Tie its legs with kitchen twine and place in a roasting pan
Step 2:
Brush the remaining melted butter all over the turkey
Roast in a moderate oven for about 3 hours, basting every 20 minutes and seasoning with the juices that form during cooking.
