In a bowl, combine the cassava, chicken breast, onion, flour, salt, pepper, and chives
Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes
Heat the oven to 220°C
Place the mixture on a plastic film and shape it into a rectangle with your hands
Arrange the slices of mozzarella cheese and turkey breast
Use the plastic film to roll up the filling
Wrap it in buttered parchment paper, carefully place it in a baking dish and bake until golden
