'1/2 tablespoon unsalted butter', '2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese'

Boil the potatoes in salted water until tender
Drain and mash with a fork
Set aside
Melt the butter and sauté the chopped onion
Add the mashed potato, chard, and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese
Mix delicately and transfer to a greased baking dish
Top with puffed pastry cubes and bake in a preheated oven at 375°F for 15 minutes
Serve with roasted chicken or beef.
