15 large and ripe tomatoes, seeded and chopped
4 to 6 cloves of garlic, peeled and minced
2 cups of cucumber, seeded and chopped
1 1/2 cups of onion, seeded and chopped
1 1/2 cups of red bell pepper, seeded and chopped
1 cup of raisins, seeded
3 tablespoons of all-purpose flour
1 red chili pepper
1 minced clove of garlic
1 tablespoon of ginger paste
1 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
3 cups of vinegar

Combine all ingredients and cook until thickened (about 1/2 to 2 hours)
When the mixture starts to thicken, stir frequently to prevent it from sticking to the bottom of the pan
Pour still hot into sterilized jars, leaving about 6 mm of space at the top
Cook in a water bath for about 10 minutes
Fill 4 jars with 500g each
Use as an accompaniment to meat
