3/4 cup of cold nonfat milk
2 tablespoons of lemon juice

Soak the gelatin in 1 tablespoon of cold water
Dissolve it in a warm water bath
Combine all the ingredients with the dissolved gelatin
Refrigerate until thickened
Beat well until frothy
Refrigerate until firm, beat again and store in the refrigerator until ready to use
Before using, mix vigorously, adding a little nonfat milk or lemon juice to achieve desired consistency
