2 cups of dry white wine
1/2 cup of white vinegar
3 tablespoons of unsalted butter
3 tablespoons of honey
1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
100g of pitted green raisins
100g of pitted black raisins
30 dried apricots
20 dried figs
20 dried plums
Salt and pepper to taste

Soak the fruits in wine for 2 hours
Remove the fruits and reserve the wine
In a saucepan, melt the butter
Add the honey, vinegar, wine, cinnamon, and pepper
After 1 minute, add the fruits and salt
Cover and simmer over low heat for 10 minutes
Serve as an accompaniment to turkey.
