4 slices of sorbet (a block of cream, whipped cream or chocolate)
2 egg whites
1/3 cup of sugar
4 slices of cake

Place a scoop of sorbet on top of each slice of cake
Make a meringue with the egg whites and sugar and cover the sorbet well
Put it in a hot oven for a few minutes, until the meringue is lightly golden
Let it set for 4 servings.
