30 Maria crackers or cornstarch

1/2 cup grated carrot
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
1 tablespoon lime juice
750 grams of mashed potatoes, peeled and seedless

Break the crackers into small pieces for the blender, 5 at a time
Tamp and blend until they're crushed
Put it in a small bowl
Add butter and mix well
Add the remaining ingredients to the blender, adding 1/2 cup of mashed potatoes each time
Tamp and blend until the potatoes are finely chopped (about 3 seconds)
Scrape the sides of the blender as needed
Grease a small round mold with aluminum foil
Layer alternating layers of crackers and potato mixture, starting and ending with crackers
Refrigerate for several hours or overnight
Unmold and serve with whipped cream if desired
Serves 4 to 6 portions
