In a saucepan, place the honeycomb and water
Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally
Let it simmer until it reaches the desired consistency, then remove from heat
Pour onto a surface greased with butter, let cool slightly
Use your hands greased with butter to shape the mixture into a log
Wait for it to set, then cut into pieces about 12 cm long
Allow to air dry and wrap in impermeable paper greased with butter.
