8 lightly beaten eggs

In a medium-sized refrigerator, mix the milk with the lemon juice and acar
Microwave on high for three minutes
Add the eggs and microwave for an additional five minutes
Remove from the oven and, using a fork, scramble the cooked eggs
Microwave again for an additional five minutes, stirring with a fork halfway through
Add the cheese and mix well
Let it cool and serve with a lemon wheel and parsley.
