    Prepare the dough. Roll out the dough to a thin sheet, approximately 70 cm x 15 cm in size. Cut off the edges. Remove the meat from 1/2 kg of linguiça. Shape into a roll of the same length as the dough and place it on one side of the dough. Fold the dough over the linguiça meat. Press the edges firmly together. Cut into 5-cm pieces. Brush with beaten egg. Bake in a hot oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
