Grease a large baking dish
Dust with flour and remove excess
Place a round 22cm cake pan upside down over the dish to mark a circle
Preheat oven to hot (220°C)
Prepare bombolinis dough, adding black pepper with the flour and plate cheese after the eggs
Make mounds using 1/4 cup as a measure, inside the circle
Mounds should touch each other
Brush with beaten egg
Bake for 30 minutes
Pierce ring in various places with a sharp knife to allow steam to escape
Bake for an additional 5 minutes
Serve warm or at room temperature as a snack, cut into pieces
Or cut the ring in half (horizontally) and fill with meat or creamy fish
In this case, serve hot as a main course, cutting into serving portions for 8 people
