6 cups of water
2 tablespoons of salt
2 cups of small macaroni (curved, penne, etc.)
3 hard-boiled eggs
2 tablespoons of mustard
1/3 cup of mayonnaise
2/3 cup of fresh or canned whipped cream mixed with 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
2 tablespoons of chopped green pepper in brine
1 cup of cooked and diced ham

Bring the water to a boil and let it simmer
Gradually add the macaroni, stirring frequently
Let it cook for 10-12 minutes
Drain well with hot water
Let it cool down
Mash the yolks of 2 eggs
Add mustard and salt to taste to the yolks
Add mayonnaise and finally add the whipped cream soured with lemon juice
Add the green pepper in brine and 2/3 cup of diced ham
Mix with the cold macaroni
Refrigerate
To serve, garnish with the remaining ham and a third egg cut into slices
Serve about 6 portions.
