Stir constantly with a spoon, with high heat
When the mixture starts to stick to the bottom of the pan, reduce the heat and continue stirring until it releases
If the angu is too thick, add a little more boiling water
In a non-stick frying pan, cook the bacon until golden brown and place it on top of the angua
Serve very hot.
