2 cans of Matjes-style smoked salmon
200 to 300g of mayonnaise
100g of whipped heavy cream
1 tablespoon of mustard
1 tablespoon of grated horseradish
150g of pickled beets
150g of fresh cucumber, diced
100g of finely chopped scallions
1 to 2 tablespoons of capers
2 cans of Matjes-style smoked salmon
200 to 300g of mayonnaise

150g of pickled beets
150g of fresh cucumber, diced

Drain the salmon fillets and cut them into regular pieces
If possible, place them on several layers of paper towels
Mix the mayonnaise, whipped heavy cream, mustard, horseradish, and spread at the bottom of a dish
Arrange the salmon pieces over the mixture and cover with pickled beets, cucumber, scallions, and capers
