1 can of tuna
2 eggs
2 tablespoons (of soup) of melted butter or margarine
2 cups of cooked rice (use leftovers)
200g of fresh Minas cheese, grated
2 tablespoons (of soup) of finely chopped onion
3 tablespoons (of soup) of finely chopped red bell pepper
1 tablespoon (of soup) of lemon juice
2 tablespoons (of tea) of mustard salt, black pepper, and thyme to taste

Preheat the oven to moderate temperature (180°F) and grease a refractory form
Drain the tuna and flake it
In a bowl, beat the eggs slightly
Add the tuna, butter, and remaining ingredients
Mix well
Pour into the prepared form
Put in the oven and bake for about 40 minutes, or until firm
Serves 4 people
Can be served as a main dish, accompanied by salad.
