In a saucepan, heat the olive oil, sauté the garlic and onion
Add the spices and stir for 30 seconds
Combine the rice and continue stirring for 2 minutes
Cover with vegetable broth and cook for 15 minutes, until all the liquid is absorbed
Season with salt and pepper, garnish with hazelnuts, and serve.
