To make: Remove the lettuce crown, cut it lengthwise into 4 slices, leaving one side attached
Spread butter and mayonnaise on each slice
First slice: Spread red - tomatoes, ham, and green olives
Second slice: Spread white - almonds, nuts, and egg whites
Third slice: Spread green - chopped lettuce, black olives, and salt
Fourth slice: Spread yellow - cheddar cheese and yolks
Sign the edges with toothpicks, cover with mayonnaise, grated cheddar cheese
Garnish with radishes, tomato halves filled with mayonnaise and lettuce
Refrigerate, covered with wax paper.
